Tesla Model 3 & Model X Weekly Rental Waiver and Agreement
Vehicle Details
• Vehicle: 2019 Tesla Model X
• Rental Rate: $500 per week. (includes all fees)
• Included Coverage: Insurance, tolls, and unlimited car washes
• Rental Period: Week-to-week, starting on the agreed date
• Payment Due: Every Thursday by 9:00 AM CST
• Late Fee: $50 per day for any unpaid balance after the due date
Vehicle Details
• Vehicle: 2019 Tesla Model 3
• Rental Rate: $300 per week (includes all fees)
• Included Coverage: Insurance, tolls, and unlimited car washes
• Rental Period: Week-to-week, starting on the agreed date

Payment and Fees
1. Weekly Rental Rate:
Renter agrees to pay a weekly rate of $300 -$500, due every Thursday by 9:00 AM CST.
2. Late Payment:
If payment is not received byThursday at 9:00 AM CST, a $50 late fee will be charged per day until the balance is paid.
3. Deposit:
The weekly rental rate includes a deposit fee for vehicle usage.
Insurance
1. Coverage: The Vehicle is covered by Omai Transportation, (included in rental costs).
2. Insurance Transfer Option: Should the Renter wish to use their own insurance, they must notify the Vehicle Owner immediately to transfer insurance coverage. The Vehicle Owner will facilitate the transfer.
Damage Responsibility
1. Damage Coverage:
The Renter is responsible for any and all damage to the Vehicle, both interior and exterior, that is not covered by insurance.
2. Inspection:
A 5–10 minute assessment of the Vehicle will be conducted at the beginning of each rental period for training and condition verification purposes.
Charging Requirements
1. Charging: The Renter is responsible for charging the Vehicle. The Renter must upload their own credit card to the Tesla app for any charging fees.
2. Charging Levels: The Vehicle must be charged to 100% at least once per week. An 80% charge is acceptable for standard driving.
3. Charging Rule: Follow the “Always Be Charging” (ABC) rule to ensure the Vehicle is charged at all times, as necessary for rideshare use.
4. Charging Recommendations: Use the Uber Pro card for cash-back rewards to reduce charging costs. Access to Tesla Supercharger locations is available through the navigation system.
Additional Items Provided
Included Accessories: The Vehicle includes a tire inflation device, Tesla charger, and a small vehicle vacuum, which must remain in the Vehicle at all times.
Access and Usage
1. App Access:
The Tesla app will be downloaded on the Renter’s phone, providing full access to the Vehicle during the rental period.
2. Proof of Identity:
The Renter must provide a copy of their driver’s license and proof of address, which will be kept on file by the Vehicle Owner.
